The IFA's full-time football academy in association with UEFA is based at Ulster University's Jordanstown Campus. Head of Academy, Andrew Waterworth explains how they have taken a strategic approach to player pathway development for local talent using Performa Sports software to support their analysis and coaching processes.

"Our plan is really a framework for us to be able to assess ourselves against and with that we need data. During games we have to understand what our players are struggling with technically and tactically so we use Performa. We use it to reflect, both for coaches and players and it's also great for helping to get the message across."
